Mark Gazda
Chief Executive Officer

Mark Gazda is the Chief Executive Officer at Student Loan Solutions. Mr. Gazda founded SLS with the mission to provide students, parents, and graduates the guidance and counsel to find the very best loan products available, helping make education more affordable and accessible.

Mr. Gazda is an active member of the National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs (NCHELP). NCHELP and its members promote student access and choice for post-secondary education and training.

His passion comes from his first-hand knowledge of the loan process, having put himself through college. Mr. Gazda holds a bachelor's degree in Business with a minor in Finance from Franklin Pierce College.

Prior to SLS, Mr. Gazda was the CEO for the Millenia Group, a successful high-tech recruiting firm. As CEO and founder, he grew the enterprise from a start-up to a thriving company , increasing revenues each year.

Outside work, he enjoys exercising, travel and can often be found out on the links whenever time (and the weather) permits.

Matthew Gazda
Chief Operating Officer

Matthew Gazda founded Student Loan Solutions to help students and families realize their goal of a higher education. Using his years of experience in the student loan marketplace as his guide, Mr. Gazda is responsible for the overall operations at SLS which includes all sales and marketing functions as well as product development.

Prior to founding SLS, Mr. Gazda was the Executive VP of Operation for the Millennia Group, a high-tech recruiting firm. During his term with Millennia, he increased revenues over 300% in just three years.

Outside work, you'll find him spending his time with his wife and three kids.

Travis Terry
Chief Financial Officer

Travis Terry is the Chief Financial Officer at Student Loan Solutions and is responsible for finance, accounting and risk management.

Mr. Terry brings over tens years experience in accounting, taxation and financial services to his position at Student Loan Solutions. As founder of Travis Terry & Company, PC, Mr. Terry provided expert accounting, tax, and business consulting services to hundreds of individuals and small businesses.

A licensed certified public accountant (CPA), Mr. Terry obtained his undergraduate accounting degree from Merrimack College, his MBA from Rivier College, and his Masters in Taxation from Bentley College.

Mr. Terry is actively involved in the local chapter of the Knights of Columbus, The Men of Merrimack, and the New Hampshire Society of CPA's.

Erik Barcza
Chief Technology Officer

Erik Barcza is the Chief Technology Officer at Student Loan Solutions and is responsible for establishing technical vision and leading all aspects of technology development.

Erik Barcza brings over 12 years of extensive experience designing and distributing software for the Web, server, and desktop environments to his position at SLS. Prior to leading Student Loan Solution's technology efforts, Mr. Barcza was a Lead Architect for Deloitte and Touche consulting and a Custom Solutions Manager for Microsoft Corporation.

With his wide range of expertise in network infrastructure, database systems, programming languages, and security Mr. Barcza is eager to bring a hands-on approach to his role of CTO.

Away from the office, Mr. Barcza pursues and active outdoor lifestyle with his wife and daughter.

Kristin Raffone Vazquez
Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel, Kristin Raffone Vasquez handles all legal activities within the company pertaining to compliance with federal and state guidelines regarding educational financing.

A magna cum laude graduate of Hofstra University Law School, Attorney Vazquez has nearly a decade of experience practicing in the area of public and higher education finance as well as general corporate law for large national and international law firms.

Attorney Vazquez is an expert in Title IV matters and specializes in representing parties in financing for student loan programs, colleges, universities, private elementary and secondary schools. Attorney Vazquez also has broad experience with a wide variety of federally and non-federally guaranteed student loan programs.
